Black Lady has always been on eof my favorite Sailor Moon characters this took me quite a long time . I want say about 6 hours a day for three days worth every bit of time i spent on her . I hope you love her too .

Sailor Rhea Oh wow !!! How did you get the export so clean? Did you clean up the grey semi transparent edge ? All i did export it with haxxed background and then crop away the empty space i love it Amazing job?

One of the several forms i invented over three years ago . Fartest right here throught i'd see how it looked now . Wings and forehead crystals were yoinked i drew the crappy cape and filled out the energry ball . I could have done without the crystal but the wings and capd were essential .

So id like to start this one out by saying Mistress 9 was basically my favorite all time character from Sailor Moon above all scouts above Black Lady above everyone .

Here are my design for my OC Sailor Scout's Neikanredi ( Sailor Saturn ) and Kaminora ( Sailor Jupiter ) i still love the Super S style of fuku ... so its always a huge inspiration to me .
