Saints Row 4: Changing Time of Day and Previews!

In this video I try to accomplish two things.
1. Show you where you can change the time of day in Saints Row IV, since there is no longer a day night cycle.
2. Quickly show you all the presets so that you don't have to spend the time going back and forth from the simulation to figure out which preset you prefer.
