Statut těchto fialových gangsterů bude na nejvyšší možné úrovni - budou vůdci svobodného světa, šéf Saints byl totiž zvolen prezidentem USA a všechno je tak ještě mnohem šílenější, než tomu bylo ve trojce.Jako twist máme slíbenou katastrofickou invazi mimozemšťanů, kteří Saints teleportovali do bizarní simulace Steelportu. Tam jsou superhrdinské schopnosti na denním pořádku a vaším cílem bude se z téhle potrhlé simulace dostat.
