Saints Row is FREE on the Epic Games Store
4Today, the Epic Games Store offers another free game as part of its daily giveaway. You can get the 2022 remake of the open-world crime game Saints Row for free from the store until 11 am Eastern time on December 31.
The game was developed by Volition and published by Deep Silver (a subsidiary of Embracer), and it usually costs $29.99 on the Epic Games Store.
The game did not sell well, and in August 2023, Embracer decided to close down Volition as part of its ongoing reorganization of its game studios. We have already reviewed the studio's long legacy, from the Descent first person shooter games, to the Freespace space combat games, to the Red Faction shooter games, and finally to the many Saints Row games, and the spinoff Agents of Mayhem.
As i mentioned before, Saints Row will be free to download until 11 am Eastern time (8 am Pacific time) on Sunday, December 31. A different free game will replace it then, but i don't know what it is yet.
The Epic Games Store will continue to give away free games every day for a few more days during its holiday sales event. Many games are on sale on the store right now, and you can also use a 33 percent discount code when you check out.
