This is how to unlock the 'You Choose... Poorly' achievement in Saints Row IV. To unlock this achievement you need to play the 'Zero Cool' mission and then at the end when Zinyak gives you a choice between a red or blue door, choose the red one, this will temporarily end the game and show fake ending credits before unlocking the achievement and returning you to the game.
