Changes all goofy gangs into more urban type gangs.
All goofy upgrades have been removed to be more suitable and realistic in tone of SR1 and SR2.
Muted most of the main character lines to fit more inline with the first game and live a low profile live that people won't bother you anymore.
Replaced the military with SWAT teams to fit in line with more of SR1 and SR2.
Weapons do not tilt up when firing and overheating has been removed, laser weapons shoot bullets instead.
Less camera shake and SR1 type of movement speed.
NPCs do not flinch when getting shot at thus shooting them feel like SR1.
