21Sakura Bakushin O is one of the easiest UmaMusume to train. Almost all her mandatory tracks are Sprints, where she excels at.
Her Career training is easy. Train Speed as much as possible, and make her always be a Front Runner.
You may also train Wits to recover some energy when you don't want to Rest or Recreate, as it will help with Skill triggering. You may also take detours and train whatever when Supports are "worth it".
6 Speed Supports will probably provide the best outcomes, but I did the run with a bit of stamina supports in hopes of 1st position in the Mile races (Spring S., Mile Ch.).
As for skills, they are not that important unless you want to really optimize your run. Imho, anything that debuffs opponents like Flustered Front Runners, those that boost Speed and/or Front Runners, and those that activate on Sprint races are a good choice. You may also risk it on improved performance on Firm Terrain or Non/Standard Lenghts. Ignore recovery skills.
Races still have a random component, so it could happen you get a late start which messes the strategy, moreso when you are starting or don't have an hyperoptimized build. Nevertheless these events are very unlikely and you can always choose to redo them with an Alarm Clock.
With this, you will be able to consistently win URA Finale, farm for 3-star Speed Sparks, and easily clear the Special Release Celebration Missions.
