The House:
14:00 Read Todd's notes (4/6) on the right of the screen, and take the "present" from Neil's backpack. Proceed with the story.

The Temple:
Have a look at the map in your inventory, it's quite useful.
21:46 East hall: after the cultists' discussion, interact with the colored tile (3/6) on the floor next to the second pillar.

The Void:
29:29 Exhaust all Dialogue with the Vistage before proceeding. He creates a door for you, talk to him one last time before you go through it. In the hallway there are a total of 6 doors: 4 are next to you, the first of which leads to the house. If you walk towards the right, past the darkness, you'll find the 2 remaining doors: one needs a code to unlock it, this is what the colored tiles are for, and the other is just locked. Enter door #2

Door 2:
For the Puzzle: the microwave is flashing 1:45, the TV, shows the number 5023, In the bathroom, there is a number written on the mirror: 7842

36:42 Enter Sal's room, , and towards the right you'll find another colored tile (4/6) under Sal's bed.
Enter Larry's room and turn the dials:
Turn #2 until it's in the same position as #1. Then, turn #1 until 1 and 2 are in the correct position. Turn #3 until it is in the right position.
Keypad Puzzle: Remember the numbers^, add them. You get: 13010

Play through the story

Door 3:
45:45 Go down and left, in front of the earth crater, you find another colored tile (5/6) on the ground.

Puzzle: Sun is light and moon is dark
There is a little puzzle a little above where you spawned click on that and copy the configuration from the pillar.

2nd Puzzle: The exact same configuration, copy the layout from the three pillars.

Dial puzzle: Turn dial in order: 1-2-3-1-2-3

Door 4:
53:00 Walk to the right and find a colored tiles (6/6)

The temple:
1:04:37 Interact with the iron blinds and Sal takes over. Enter the previously locked wooden door. Read the notes (5/6), then have a look at the safe:

Read the notes (6/6) you find in the safe.

Walk past the vat and the switch and interact with the bookshelf.

House in the Void:
1:06:48 All the colored tiles are needed to unlock this door, you must select them to get the color. the code to unlock is as follows:
1. white
2. black
3.blue
4.red
5. green
6.purple
Play the memory

Back at the switch near the vat, I activated via trial and error. You can try:
1st lever down, slider on 3 ; 2nd lever up, slider on 1 ; 3rd lever down, slider on 2.

Fight Sequence:

Here if you get a Game Over screen (or at all when going through the C4 placement earlier) you will not get the Escaping Death achievement and will have to replay the episode. Dashboarding out will not help you.

If successful you will get three achievements in the end.
The End : finish episode 5.
