In this video I'll show the safe way to get to the optional boss in the Crypt of the Dead Gods, The Forgotten King. I'll also go through the boss fight so you can see what to expect.

Equipment That I Used for This Fight:

Armor: Cavalier Set - Upgraded to Tier 6
Shield: Type 46 Tower Shield - Upgraded to Tier 6
Weapon: Harmen Mace - Upgraded to Tier 7
Charm: Impen's Charm
Rings: Bandaged Ring, Impen Crest Ring, Shroud Ring, Fused Metal Ring

Don't bother using any rings that increase your drop chances, you really need the extra defense here. Obviously your loadout may differ from mine but, I found it to be pretty successful.

Sorry about the huge stutter during the fight. I mush have had something happen in the background while playing.
