This app adds an icon to the swipe down menu to quickly change the screen off / suspend time. It's not available in the app store, an APK file has to be downloaded from:

You have to allow to install unknow apps via Settings - Apps - three dots top right - Special Access - Allow Unknows Apps - select the source in the list.
