1. Hold the power and volume down buttons together until mobile will be power off

2. Press volume down button four times until, Wipe Data/Factory Reset is highlighted. Select it using power button

3. Press volume down button one time until Yes. Select it using power button

4. When the factory reset is complete, press the power button and select reboot system now.
