update, i think i figured it out, since the update was already downloaded and just needed to be installed, even though i had all these options:
other security settings: advanced: galaxy system app update: off
other security settings: advanced: security policy update: off
battery and device care: software update: auto download over wifi: of
developer options: auto update system: off
notifications disabled for the following
android system intelligence
android auto
android setup
android system
it still nags, so i thought i would try and update it, reapply those settings above, and see it will prevent future updates
