I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that.
The application is not appearing on the sources, Smart hub, or displaying a “Not available” message on the screen when selecting the Samsung TV plus button on the standard remote.
We would like to encourage everyone to please make sure they have the latest version of firmware on their televisions, that potentially can fix Samsung TV Plus not working issue.
