It's true both CS and R6 SS3 are both cost same 1 second in game.
But if their SS3 counted in actual real time, which one is actually hold longer framelock??

Why I suddenly talking about this?
Well because in this "Assistant" era, now we are really playing in actual real time instead the game time right?
And since none of Assist unit SS3 skill buff implemented yet, at least for now we can focus on using unit who have longer framelock for giving us extra time either to heal MP or spam SS3.

By the way, I think I forgot to mentioned that Assistant unit DO actually healing our MP when they doing normal attack on enemy. (the amount of MP heal is small, but still really useful. especially for Assist unit who's their SS3 cost 100 MP with max MP around 370-390 instead 400).

Also, when we switching our active unit to another unit (Skill Connect). Assistant unit will immediately use their SS3 regardless we told them to do it or not. Because there's only 1 Assistant unit allowed on battle field. That's why they use their SS3 so they can exit the field after that.

Sorry if I uploaded this video kinda late (again). Cuz I need to do some stuff IRL, as well grinding that elemental Cubes item.
Hopefully this short test run can help you making your own strat when battling boss, especially on Ranking!
