Satsang is a Sanskrit work that is a combination of two root words:
*SAT which means truth or being and refers to that which IS not that which appears
*SANG which means community, communing or coming together as one
Satsang is a word that means COMMUNION WITH TRUTH and has been the primary means of teaching in India for thousands of years.
GP Walsh offers Satsang with G, Sundays on EWN. During a satsung, seekers come to the master to ask questions. Sometimes the teacher will give a discourse but the bulk of the time is spent answering the questions of indigoduals. It is both the teacher and student looking together to discover the truth that lies in the heart of the student but is not yet realized.
