I know, kind of odd, going from Lord Marrowgar to Saurfang, but I didn't have enough hard drive space so I had to convert stuff and yeah, took a while...

Anyway, here's the strat (Ranged DPS):

1.) Kill the boss almost the entire time. Even when you have that mark debuff.

2.) Here's the time when you don't attack the boss. He summons blood minions, immediately kill them. If you have aggro, deal with it. Kite it, the tanks aren't supposed to attack them, or at least not from my understanding.
