Savage Lands 2021. Killing Draug the Wicked in Oscira to get his sword, Frostborn.
3Our 2 Iron Scourges are good enough to take down the Devourer to get a set of Devourer armour, but we can improve on the Scourges by visiting Oscira and killing Draug the Wicked who drops a sword called Frostborn.
Unlike some other weapons, Frostborns can be dual-wielded, and dual wielding 2 Frostborns gives about 12% more dps than the Scourges, PLUS they provide warmth when equipped. Draug only drops the Frostborn maybe half the time, so you may need to visit him a few times to get two of his swords. In terms of gameplay, we could skip the Scourges completely and go straight for the Frostborns killing Draug with Steel Hammers - it takes a little longer than getting the Scourges as you may have to go back to Oscira four times or so to get a couple of the Frostborns (as he doesn't always drop them), but it gives a more powerful set of swords.
Draug must be killed to get the Rune of Deception too - this is a Rune that is required to open a portal into the third section of Oscira where Grot the Forest Giant is (which we will do later once we have Devourer armour).
