The MIDI music in Perfect Cherry Blossom, Imperishable Night and Phantasmagoria of Flower View were all made for the SC-88Pro, but unlike Embodiment of Scarlet Devil (in EoSD the 88Pro MIDIs are the originals) they were only included as a quick bonus. In other words they wont sound as good as they could. In some cases, the MIDI versions may be based on earlier versions of the WAV tracks.

This theme expresses the nostalgia that is deep within every Japanese and the frantic feeling that arises when someone is approaching. The sounds of far-off Shinto flutes and bells conjure up images of the netherworld. Or maybe it's just me?
