ScaleBot Video #2 - Custom Arduino Dual Espresso Scale
02nd demonstration of my custom arduino espresso scale.
It actually uses two scales, one built into the base of the Breville Bambino espresso machine, my favorite compact espresso machine.
The main brains are stored in a box mounted to the wall as shown, with the different components modularly connected by custom usbc cables.
Most functions are provided by an Arduino Mega, but an Arduino Feather M0 handles the internet side of things.
An ultrasonic sensor is used to measure water level.
The main black scale is made from a Timemore Black Mirror with its guts removed and replaced.
