From Introversion Software, Scanner Sombre gameplay is based on an experimental prototype and is a first-person exploration of some caves that hold many secrets about the past. You can only see using your LIDAR scanner, which means you can "spray" the walls with light to see what's in front of you.

Scanner Sombre gameplay is part exploration, part action, part mystery and small elements of horror, although the first 30 minutes are more quiet and reflective. In this let's play Scanner Sombre gameplay we check out the beginning of the game.
