SCENE OF THE CRIME - Let's Play Transistor, Part 2
4Part 2 in my Let's Play Transistor series.
We've defeated a Jerk, and then an upgraded Jerk, and now it's time to skip town, because we may or may not be a fugitive. But Red has other ideas. The sword suggests leaving town, but instead of taking a right, Red takes a left to go back to where it all began. In this episode, we come across a new enemy type - the Cheerleader. This enemy seems to shield other enemies, making them invulnerable. Luckily they aren't very tough, but it adds a bit of complexity to the combat in giving you a clear priority when choosing which targets to take down in what order.
This sci-fi, cyberpunk world is growing, and I still have no clue as to whether or not it's a simulation inside a program or if it's real life. Also, I still have no clue what's going on. Who is Red, really? Who is the voice coming from the Transistor? Who was the dead man Red pulled the sword from? So many questions without answers at this point, I'm really hoping some light is shed some time soon.
