Official Speedrun Rules:

You must use the community edition mod of v1.2 (v1.2CE) of Scoutdigo. (Download's in ⁠releases)
Only Peppino runs are allowed, any other characters will be an instant DQ.
Changing characters mid-run isn't allowed.
Infinite speed is disallowed.
Any and all modifications to the game are disallowed. (Exception being v1.2CE)
Game SFX and video from the game needs to be reasonably loud and clear with no editing or artifacts.
The HUD must be clearly visible at all times.
The entire game must remain visible with no overlays/minimal overlay blocking it.
Macros are not allowed, and each button may only be bound to one action. You may, however, bind multiple buttons to one action.
Using the debug console during runs is strictly forbidden.
Enabling cheats (anything under the misc. section of the modded option) and/or perks is disallowed.
Hitstun must be enabled.
Funny HUD must be disabled.
The palette swap glitch is disallowed.
Wrong warping is disallowed.
Upwarp is allowed.
Putting yourself OOB is disallowed.
"Setting up" runs (bringing the shotgun from another level, using the ladder glitch, etc.) beforehand is disallowed.
