SCP-323 is a Euclid Class anomaly also known as the Wendigo Skull.

SCP-323 is the skull of an unidentified deer like animal. Despite clearly being dead, SCP 323 is capable of limited locomotion, but what is most frightening about SCP323, is the influence it has on those who come near it. Anyone who comes close to it will begin to have violent thoughts and urges. As time goes on, these desires only get worse.
