SCP – Containment Breach is a free and open source indie supernatural horror video game developed by Joonas Rikkonen ("Regalis"). It is based on the paranormal fictional stories of the SCP Foundation website. The game is played in 3D from a first person perspective and the protagonist is a human test subject labeled "D-9341" in an SCP Foundation facility devoted to containing and researching dangerous creatures called SCPs. The goal of the game is to escape from an underground SCP containment center in the situation of a complete security breach leading to the escape of the contained and dangerous creatures while avoiding security teams sent in to end the breach. The game has a procedurally generated play area created from a random selection of pre-existing rooms and hallways that are strung together to create the facility which is played in. The game features multiple popular SCPs from the SCP Foundation Wiki, such as SCP-173 ("The Sculpture"), SCP-106 ("The Old Man"), SCP-096 ("Shy Guy"), SCP-049 ("Plague Doctor"), and SCP-682

SCP: Secret Laboratory is a free indie supernatural horror multiplayer video game. It was initially based on the single-player game SCP - Containment Breach, which is itself based on the paranormal fictional stories of the SCP Foundation website. The game is played from a first person perspective as a scientist, armed guard or task force member, escaping test subject, attacking insurgent, or a rampaging anomalous entity (referred to as an SCP).

SCP: Secret Laboratory is based on the collaborative writing project of the SCP Foundation. The SCP Foundation is a fictional organization that captures and studies entities and objects that violate natural law (called SCPs); the actions of the fictional organization are documented by a collaborative writing website of the same name. In the game, these SCPs have breached out of their containment areas and are attempting to kill on-site personnel. Due to the breach, facility guards are told to go into the lower area of the site and rescue the scientists and shoot or arrest the Class-D personnel. The SCP Foundation also deploys a "Mobile Task Force" known as the Nine Tailed Fox to deal with and re-contain the escaped anomalies.

SCP-096 is a humanoid creature measuring approximately 2.38 meters in height. Subject shows very little muscle mass, with preliminary analysis of body mass suggesting mild malnutrition. Arms are grossly out of proportion with the rest of the subject's body, with an approximate length of 1.5 meters each. Skin is mostly devoid of color, with no sign of any hair. SCP-096 shows very little blood on his body. Some blood can be found on his mouth and his hands, and faint blood on his chest.

SCP-049 is contained within a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell in Research Sector-02 at Site-19. SCP-049 must be sedated before any attempts to transport it. During transport, SCP-049 must be secured within a Class III Humanoid Restriction Harness.

Item SCP-173 is to be kept in a locked container at all times. When personnel must enter SCP-173's container, no fewer than 3 may enter at any time and the door is to be relocked behind them. At all times, two persons must maintain direct eye contact with SCP-173 until all personnel have vacated and relocked the container.

Nine Tailed Fox is a Mobile Task Squad composed of 9 personnel split into 3 groups. Their primary task is to handle Containment Breaches by re-containing all hostile SCP's as well as terminating any rogue Class-D.

All groups of the MTF Epsilon-11 have different tasks to complete when dealing with SCP Containment Breaches. The amount of units in one squad can range from 3-20 personnel.

Nine Tailed Fox is a ground of highly trained Task Force specializing in the recontainment and protection of all SCP's around the facility. They are the one MTF Unit the player can encounter during SCP-Containment Breach. They are identical to site guards, but have blue fatigues.

The Chaos Insurgency, unlike the Foundation who simply "store" their SCPs, would like to utilize the artifacts, most likely as weapons or as torture devices. The Insurgency also wants to take down the SCP Foundation by possibly unleashing several Euclid- and Keter-class SCPs. The Chaos Insurgency has access to a more limited amount of SCPs than the Foundation, but are more willing to use them without restriction.
