I prefer this over some fancy splash telling me "100% COMPLETE BRO". Mostly because it just doesn't fit.

THE REVIEW:

PRESENTATION: 10/10
It's great. The music and look is great. It's not too intense on your computer while still bringing a cute and colorful feel.

CHALLENGE: 1 old but tasty pizza
There's none. If you mess up, you did something stupid and broke something. That's not to say it isn't gratifying to find weird solutions.

STORY: Dirty socks
While the story lacks any real reason to be there, it's cute they retcon Maxwell into a kind dude like that.

CREATIVITY: Cement block.
I'm amazed how useless they made Maxwell in this game. This game is more a god game than a Maxwell Saves The Day game. On top of that, the environment is rigid unlike the other games.

GAMEPLAY: Lost dreams.
Maxwell is pretty much useless. He doesn't traverse traps or anything like he used to. He's there to hold and use the items you make, but there are only a few reasons to move him anywhere ever.
