Launch Options: -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -sm4 -malloc=system +mat_antialias 0
(If you game is dark after installing the launch options, remove -sm4 and this should fix the issue, but do bare in mind this will increase fps)
Still getting low fps ? try lowering the resolution ingame i.e Using the Resolution Scale option, Start at 100% then work downwards until viable results are found.
