1Over the past two weeks we have been watching since the Active Region 1504 appeared on the eastern limb of the Sun and formed into a trio of large sunspots. They released several M-class (medium) solar flares while moving across the Earth facing side of the Sun. As they are moving towards the western limb of the Sun, we are getting one good last look at these beautiful sunspots. This was captured by NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory.
