Anyone using SDXL a lot has encountered many problems, mainly with the human anatomy and hardly anyone is talking about it. Sure you can say it's a problem with Coomer content, but in reality, the "mild" censorship of SDXL 1.0 has led to problems with body composition, weirder hands, multiple limbs... problems that iiirc are worse than when 1.5 came out. Definitely not as bad as SD 2.0 and 2.1 but worse than 1.5 for sure; and is causing some problems with SDXL fine-tuning for better anatomy.
