Haven't seen nor found any cap scores using Sloth in v3.8 (Sloth won't cut it for 31520 so spare me), so this should be the first legitimate record. The main changes applied are in the opening.
In v3.9 there is a bug that allows you to drop Mjolnir with just 16 SP which solves this issue, but we'll see if it gets fixed prior to reaching us so don't hold your breath yet.
