This game does many things wrong. Poor wheel support, control settings resetting every time you launch the game, graphics are from 2005, sounds are from 2001. Unexplainable crashes, freezes.

What it does right is the driving portions, especially the tarmac. I have not felt tarmac this good since Dirt Rally (V1 handling!), and Richard Burns Rally.

No other rally games comes close to this tarmac. I'm in love. I felt instantly connected to the road, the car goes exactly where I point it. I didn't even touch the setup. I decided to start my playthrough on medium difficulty, but I see now I should have gone straight to hard.

All assists are off, rewind fuckery disabled. G27 wheel. Not sure why the fps keeps dropping. I had a constant 144 throughout the stage. Shadowplay acting up?
