SEBI has recently started warning a few entities and individuals of not providing any tips or recomemndations without SEBI license. 50+ such warnings have been issued by the regulator in the last 3 months to different accuseds.

However, a few do not learn from their mistakes and do not take these warnings seriously.

A YouTube named ‪@thelegendtrader‬ is one such channel who has been warned by the regulator but it seems he could care less.

The followers and subscribers of this channel are strongly recommended to not follow his advice as he does not hold any license to do so. Plus, he has been strongly warned by SEBI.

This also opens up a loophole in SEBI's warning system telling that just these warnings might not have a long term impact but such violators need to be made aware in the language they understand the best.
