SEC stays Silent on Motions of Support for Ripple in XRP Lawsuit
Two motions made by the non-profit Investor Choice Advocates Network and cryptocurrency wallet company SpendTheBits are being ignored by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The two motions are attempts to comment on the SEC v. Ripple Labs Inc. litigation. The SEC launched legal action against Ripple and its executives in December 2020.
