Here is the location of the secrets.

1.Clockwork Penguin (Bonus Campaign - To Tame a Land)

Head northwest from Thrall's encampment. Destroy the Centaurs huts. One of them will revel an penguin like item called as "Clockwork Penguin". Clicking on the item will just play a Penguin critter sound. This item was created by goblin tinkerer Salzhigh for the centaur. The centaurs purchased them as idols and worshiped them at alters.

2. Secret Level - Chapter 3 of the Blood Elf campaign

In Chapter 3 of the Blood Elf campaign
If you go through the iron gate on the left you will see three sheep, click the platforms in front of them in this order:
-TOP
-BOTTOM
-MIDDLE
The gate to the north will then open, pick up the question mark then beat the level normally to unlock the bonus mission called "The Crossing".
For beating "The Crossing" completely, you'll gain access to a Pandaren Brewmaster in Chapter Four: The Search for Illidan.

3.Secret Area: Tomes of Ancient

On the second level of the Night Elf campaign there is a secret area containing two tomes of intelligence and one tome of strength along with two mana runes. Get to the top of the wall at the northernmost part of the base. ''Secret Area Tomes of Ancients Discovered'' will flash up on the screen.

4. Brewmaster Drinking Area in Night Elf Chapter 4

At the southwestern most part of the map,there is a level 1 pandaren at a platform with the message ''Brewmaster drinking area'' appearing if you are at the correct place. The pandaren will leave, leaving behind a treasure box.

5.Secret Island

There are 3 secret island is in Chapter 1: Rise Of The Naga in the Sentinel Campaign.

To find this secret island you have to go near the coast where the burning boats are and note the patch of land across the water.
On the 1st island, there is one murloc and 3 crates. You will receive Rune of Mana and Tome of Intelligence from 2 crates.
The 2nd island is very small and contains a Rune of Mana.
On the 3rd island, there is a crate. Destroy it and 5 Murlocs will surround you and capture you.They will drop a Rune of Mana, a Rune of Greater Healing and a Ring of Protection +1.
