With the game finally updated, I recorded this in my spare time. Need to adjust strats in various areas with what's available. Probably the first time I go out of my way to actively grind for a piece of equipment that's craftable. Bamboo Sword's stats are just ideal to me. The attack speed on it is just great.
Devs did an excellent job with the final section of Tai Ming. Zhamla & Mimic are great boss fights. I just need to get better at them overall. Need to find the right time to burst down Mimic during Phase 3.
Overall my actions were a tad sporadic since the last time I ran. Wasn't expecting Rabbit's Foot or Slime Hat at the beginning which definitely threw me for a loop. Buying Iron Shield at the beginning wasn't the right choice. The price of Derusting, I guess.
I'm steering away from getting a lot potions at the beginning due to the armor selection at Tai Ming. The Breastplate there is great and better than Chain Mail defensively but it reduces my attack speed. Not ideal. I'd rather stick it out with a Chain Mail than a Breastplate which is why I opted for buying the Boots in Tai Ming instead.
Finding the right places to focus on cutting down the Bamboo will need trial and error with the pathing I do in the Speedrun. Having the Bamboo Sword before Giant Thorn-Worm would be ideal to me.
Flamethrower Strat at Spin to Win could use some adjustments. Regardless, it was still pretty fast. Need to find the right position for the Spinsect.
