SECURITY BREACH | How To Fix FPS Stutter and Enable VSync
393Hey all, this video is over a year old so some of the "fixes" might not be valid anymore. Also note that because computer setups can vary drastically, this may not be the fix for you, especially if you don't meet the recommend, (not minimum), requirements.
That said, I'll leave the video up, but am disabling comments. I might make an updated tutorial though!

Put this in run box:
%LOCALAPPDATA%/fnaf9
These are the two settings you want to change in "GameUserSettings.ini":
FrameRateLimit=0.000000 (set it to 60.000000 for 60FPS MAX)
bUseVSync=False (Set to True to enable VSync)
