Players take on the role of Lee, a young monk residing in the tranquil Nanyi Temple deep in the mountains. Lee's peaceful life is shattered when he mysteriously switches rooms within the monastery, triggering disturbing visions and memories that are not his own. This leads him into a terrifying nightmare world, a surreal realm filled with ghostly spirits and demonic creatures.

The game's plot centers on Lee's quest to uncover the hidden truths of his monastery, which is shrouded in a bloody history involving forbidden rituals and a great summoning. He learns that a young woman's soul is destined to be sacrificed, and it is up to him to save her.
