SEGA Dreamcast Backing up and Importing VMU Game Saves with DreamShell | How To Guide
The Dreamcast's VMU was revolutionary at its release, and while it was a great piece of technology (and battery hungry), backing up the game saves you'd poured hours into wasn't a feature that SEGA put much thought into. We'll walk through the process of using DreamShell, the Serial Port SD Card Adapter and the Memory Manager software to backup your VMU game saves, as well as look at the process of importing save files you might have found around the web!
