Credits say: Mark Steven Miller, John Karr, Dave Javelosa. I think that this would make this game count among Nu-Romantic/Neuromantic Productions' earliest work then.
Notes: This game was a pain to rip. It has no sound test, it does not use a standard sound driver like many Genesis games do; if it had it may have been simple to rip the game's sound driver and data out and code up a ROM with a sound test in it. There are also no VGM sets of this game on the internet that I could find. Ultimately I ended up having to hack the ROM and figure out some PAR codes to make ripping easier. Most of the music are VGMs logged with Kega Fusion, a few of them are with valleybell's modified Gens/GS with VGM logging (a few tracks were ripped by crashing the game intentionally to avoid sound effects getting in the music). The VGMs I made were played back with VGM_PLAY on a flash cart. This took about 4 days to do and even involved me writing a GYM to VGM converter I didn't even end up using...
Chances are the music is probably not 100% technically accurate to what comes out of the cartridge but I can't hear any differences. I like this game's music enough to have put up with all of this so I hope that says something!
