Modding a Sega Mega Drive (Genesis) with a 50Hz/60Hz (aka PAL/NTSC) switch and a region switch to choose Japan or Export (US/Europe) regions. I'm doing it the old school way utilizing actual physical switches. This can be used as a tutorial to do it yourself, too.
