The SEGA Titan Video Game System, commonly known as the ST-V, is an arcade system board developed by SEGA that was released in the mid-1990s. It is often noted for being the last Sega arcade system that was developed before the company's focus shifted primarily to home consoles.

The ST-V is based on a modified version of the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis architecture, featuring a 32-bit RISC CPU, which allowed for improved graphics and audio capabilities compared to earlier arcade systems. The ST-V used cartridges for game storage, which made it somewhat unique among other arcade systems of its time, as many relied on more traditional hard drives or CD-ROMs.

The ST-V platform is best known for hosting a variety of popular games, including *"Virtua Fighter 2,"* *"Street Fighter Zero 3"* (known as "Street Fighter Alpha 3" outside of Japan), and *"Gunstar Heroes."* Additionally, many games on the ST-V were eventually ported to home consoles.

The system was successful in Japan but did not achieve the same level of recognition in other regions, as SEGA was transitioning out of the arcade business and focusing more on their home console offerings during this period.
