SEGA's weird relationship with Hatsune Miku
Hatsune Miku is an virtual performer and voice synthesizer program produced by Yamaha and Crypton Future Media in 2007 and used by artists and producers all over the world to create songs and music videos enjoyed by a near incomprehensible number of diehard fans. SEGA is a multi billion dollar video game company famous for developing games like Sonic the Hedgehog, Yakuza/Like A Dragon, and Puyo Puyo Tetris. A lot of people have probably heard of SEGA's series of Hatsune Miku games known as Project DIVA, but what most people probably don't know is that Miku and Sega actually have a long and unique relationship that defies franchise, genre, medium, logic, and even direct corporate involvement. And that is exactly what we will be talking about today. I hope you are all excited to learn about the weird relationship between SEGA and Hatsune Miku.
Thanks for watching the third upload of SEGA September. I hope you all enjoyed.
