Well here’s a little something Segway will not tell you. Their chargers are actually 240v compatible, meaning with a j117 converter you can actually charge at a level 2 charging station. This method is not compatible with class 3 or Tesla charging as both of those will destroy not just your chargers but also your batteries and on board controller. In this video I am using two chargers to cut down charge time significantly on both batteries. The Segway Xyber second battery must be disconnected from the bike for you to be able to use more than one ten amp charger we charging speeds is regulated by the controller and its communication to the batteries themselves.
