One way I like to unload my mind is by journaling. I love to get that done in the morning, but honestly, I do it anytime my head feels full. I empty out all my thoughts, all my stressors. Sometimes, I just write a to-do list. I try to end with something positive and some gratitude when I can. It's been one of the main reasons I've been able to learn so much about myself since I was a child.
