With just a computer and coding tutorial videos from the Chrome Developers YouTube channel, Simon Mokgotlhoa and Lesego Ndlovu from Soweto, South Africa created the BallTalent app. BallTalent helps recruiters find talented soccer players in Africa and South Africa. Their app isn’t the only thing helping their town! The two also started a Google Developer Group chapter in Soweto with opportunities for workshops, events, and meet ups for local developers in the community.
