This is a somewhat interesting villain with yet another mechanic that none of the others possess. He will generate targets that will take action against you, but he will attack them and absorb them if allowed to destroy them. As a result, you have to juggle between keeping him starved while chipping away at his HP.

In terms of strategy, Cypher is here for nemesis reasons. He is a support hero, so I want to bring members of Renegade who can supply the DPS that this version of him cannot. You have a minimum of 1 augment per hero, and once everyone has been upgraded, your one-shots start offering game changing effects. Make sure to guard your gear.

As for the Renegades, I brought Cricket on the hopes she could protect the team on a rough turn. Gyro, Impact, and Quicksilver all have the potential to deal some serious damage though, so they are the ones I want to hurry up and augment. There are a few different ways to use Quicksilver here, where I can give her additional card plays or mitigate some damage so she can do a very long combo. As for the others, they are fairly self explanatory.

In terms of environment, I think this one is shaping up to be my favorite of the expansion. There are opportunities for good luck from the environment and there is still the potential for things to go wrong. It keeps you on your feet, and you have the means to influence it by timing your environment destruction correctly. Alternatively, you can bring heroes to control it for you, so keep in mind you have loads of options.
