Serious Sam 3's 10 Year Anniversary is approaching and I though of doing a playthrough to revisit the game. The old playthrough has bad video quality and questionable gameplay. This new gameplay is going to be a native 1080p 60fps recording compared to the old one's upscaled 720p 25 fps. The gameplay is also going to be much better with far fewer death and less running around resulting in shorter videos (I'm finding many more secrets too).


I'm playing the Serious Sam Fusion version of the game that introduces a lot of changes including buffs to weapons (pistol has no spread when hip firing for example), new beefier gun sounds, additional secrets, changed enemy spawns and more. You can even reload while sprinting! These changes overall make the game easier, unless you play on Hard difficulty or above where enemies gain new attacks. Rocketeer's in the original game were pathetic enemies, but in the fusion version they occasionally shoot homing projectiles. Thanks to this change they can easily chip away at your health, if you prioritize other enemies.


I played through first two levels in the same video, because these levels are quite short. No deaths so far which is to be expected from such easy levels.
