Seto Pottery Bargain Market is a massive festival, where earth-ware and china is found way below regular prices. It is a two-day event hosted every year since 1932, along the margins of the Setogawa River. We found the prices were on the higher side in most of the stores early in the day. Although towards the end of the second day, prices fell drastically. If one is willing to walk towards the Seto Art Museum, one may find stores offering even better deals. The Seto Gura Museum is a must-visit to learn about Seto's history of ceramics and pottery production.
