First of all, open up YouTube Kids. After you open up your app, you will see two options: "I'm a kid" and "I'm a parent." To unlock the app, tap on "I'm a parent."
After that, tap on the arrow icon which is on the right hand side. Now you have to enter the year you were born to verify your age.
to keep tapping on confirm.
To get instructions about the app, you can simply watch the video, or you can tap on Show Text to read the instructions.
When you finish reading, tap on the arrow icon which is on the right hand side. Now you'll have to sign in with your own account to set up a profile. Choose an account and when you're done reading, tap on Done Now to confirm your email address. Enter your password. Tap on Confirm. When you're done now, you have to enter your kids' first name, age, and birth month.
After that, tap on the arrow icon which is on your right hand side. Here you can select the type of video you want to show to your kid and tap on select. When you're done, your profile has been created. Tap on the arrow icon which is on the bottom right. Now you can simply swipe right to see how the app works. Tap on done.
Now to continue, tap on the lock icon, which is on the bottom right. You have to answer the question which is given to you by the app, and when you're done, tap on submit.
This way, you can easily set up YouTube for kids.
