Our previous conversations have been downloaded, streamed and shared millions of times including one YouTube video clip on male sexual health that has racked up nearly 7.5 million views alone. It speaks volumes for the insight that Mantak provides and his willingness to address issues we often shy away from in western culture and moreover western medicine.
Mantak was born in Thailand in 1944 to Chinese parents, and at the age of just 6 years old, he first came into contact with a group of Buddhist monks who taught him how to meditate and still his exuberant infant mind. From that moment Mantak lived a life of discovery and dedication that has taken in Thai Boxing, Tai Chi, Aikido, Yoga, Kundalini, Buddha Palm, Chi Nei Tsang, and most significantly the Taoist, Buddhist, and Zen teachings that would help Mantak better understand the mechanisms behind healing energy.
In 1979 Mantak took his wisdom and knowledge to the city that never sleeps where he opened the Universal Healing Tao Center and set about providing the chaotic citizens of New York City his unique health care system from body detox to the highest meditation practices.
Throughout this time he continued to study, he delved deep into western medical science to complement his teachings and newfound environment. He began writing books that would go on to revolutionise our understanding of the East and its sacred philosophies.
His bestselling books, “The Multi Orgasmic Man”, “Taoist Secrets of Love”, and “Awaken Healing Energy Through the Tao”, captivated a hungry audience, one that felt restricted and trapped.
Mantak’s teachings centre around the movement of energy within the body and our own ability to create a healing and healthy environment that will lead to abundance and happiness. We must live in balance, and take care of our bodies and our minds.

I can’t wait for this one, every time Mantak comes on London Real, he brings game changing words of wisdom and drags me right out of my comfort zone, which is where I’m at my best. There’s so much we don’t understand about human physiology and more over the relationship between the physical and the mental.
