SFV: Vega Barcelona 9f Advantage Reset

After a stun situation in the corner, use a late claw Barcelona attack, followed by a c.HP juggle, in order to set up a +9f situation. This allows a clean combo from st.HP or c.MK into st.HP without requiring a counterhit.
If you perform the walldive too deep from too close, you'll miss the c.HP but this avoids a situation where you have TOO much advantage and miss the meaty attack entirely (leaving you vulnerable to a whiff-punish). If you're a little farther away from their body, you can hit deep and without missing entirely, but could hit too high and get a standard 8f advantage instead (which still has the same combo potential on counterhit).
